About This Scheme
The scheme "Transgender Utthan Kosh - Self Employment Programme for Transgender" was launched by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan, with the aim of providing financial support for self-employment or business establishment to transgender individuals, promoting their economic independence. The applicant should be a resident of Rajasthan. The applicant should be a transgender person. The applicant should be between 21 and 50 years of age. The applicant should secure a loan from a nationalized/cooperative bank. The gross annual income of applicant should not exceed ₹8,00,000/-. Each transgender individual can avail the benefits of this scheme only once.

How to Apply
- 1 The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Social Justice and Empowerment Office and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the staff exclusively entrusted to issue and collect filled-in application.
- 2 In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
- 3 Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the Social Justice and Empowerment Office.
- 4 Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the Social Justice and Empowerment Office to whom the application has been submitted.
